Day Delegate Packages 

Notepads, pens and mints are provided with the full day delegate packages. Flipcharts, whiteboards, projectors, screens and markers are available on request at an additional charge.  

Day Delegate Packages start from $90 for full day catering - minimum charge $900.

Choice of Continental or Hot Breakfast combined with Morning & Afternoon Tea and Light Lunch.  Includes cook for full day service, set up and clean up.

$40.00 per person (minimum 10) + $50 travel fee. Includes cook to set up and clean up.

BBQ drop off packs from $35 per person (minimum 10) + $50 travel fee

Dinner - In House Chef (minimum charge $950 plus $45 travel fee)
Chef and wait staff will prepare serve and clean up.

Full BBQ dinner - from $85 per person

3 course dinner - from $125 per person

4 course dinner  - from $155 per person

5 course dinner - from $175 per person

7 course signature chef menu $199 per person

Any formal or informal function or event where delegates are gathering at one property is prohibited after midnight unless otherwise agreed.

Wine Tastings
Private in-house wine tastings are available from a variety of cellar doors. Private corporate cellar door tastings are also available. Prices vary depending on day of the week, availability, and quality of wine being sampled.

Catering - A deposit of 50% of the full tariff is required when the booking is made to secure the chef. Payment constitutes the clients acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Balance of the full amount must be received in full 28 days prior to the service. A $25.00 non refundable booking fee applies to all new bookings. A full refund less a $100 administration fee is available if a booking is cancelled more than 28 days before the service. All payment will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled or numbers reduce less than 28 days before the service.

Circumstances may require us to alter menu items without notice. Force Majeure - Hunter Concierge reserves the right to vary or cancel services or part thereof due to extreme weather, flood, fire, natural catastrophe, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control. In this circumstance a 70% refund will be provided. Hunter Concierge will not be responsible or liable for death, injury or illness of any persons or of any loss or damage to any property. Minimum numbers may apply. The chef /waitstaff may at any time refuse to provide services to any person who in the chefs/waitstaffs opinion exhibits unacceptable behaviour.
